This is to introduce to you one Bob Sherman a gentleman who is a "Bonafide" citizen of that oriental County which upon the map is designated by the name of Simpson. Sherman is on his march to "Sea" about some land which he claims to have leased from you for two years and that you have rented to Lew Berry from under him.
