This Indenture Witnesseth That We, C.A. Williams, Mary E. Stewart, Cora L. Mitchell, and Douglass K. Williams of the county of Hinds and Mims Williams of the county of Simpson, State of Mississippi, all of whom being sound in mind and of lawful age and heirs at law of John Calvin Williams late of said Hinds County and State, and of his surviving wife, V.J. Williams of same county & State, for and in consideration of a division and settlement of the Estate of said John Calvin Williams, and of such estate as we will or may become seizure and possessed at the demise of our mother the aforementioned V.J. Williams, do hereby covenant and agree with each other to apportion and set apart each to the others, said estates as is hereinafter allotted and divided; and by these Presents we grant, revise, relinquish, transfer, convey, confirm and deliver each unto and with the others all the rights, title, claim and interest we now have, or may even hereafter have own or acquire by inheritance or otherwise, in the realty of the said John Calvin Williams and his surviving wife, according to the

Williams of same county & State, for and in consideration of a division and settlement of the Estate of said John Calvin Williams, and of such estate as we will or may become seizure and possessed at the demise of our mother the aforementioned V.J. Williams, do hereby covenant and agree with each other to apportion and set apart each to the others, said estates as is hereinafter allotted and divided; and by these Presents we grant, revise, relinquish, transfer, convey, confirm and deliver each unto and with the others all the rights, title, claim and interest we now have, or may even hereafter have own or acquire by inheritance or otherwise, in the realty of the said John Calvin Williams and his surviving wife, according to the [page 2] following allotment, division & description, to wit: unto C.A. Williams the W1/2 of SW1/4 and NE1/4 of section one (1) and NE1/4 of section Eleven (11) containing 240 acres more or less; unto M.E. Stewart the E1/2 of SW1/4 of Section one and NW1/4 of section (12) Twelve, containing 240 acres more or less; unto Cora L. Mitchell 106 acres in the SE1/4 and NW1/4 of NW1/4 of Section one (1) and W1/2 of NE1/4 of Section Twelve (12), containing 226 acres more or less; unto Douglas K. Williams the W1/2 of SE1/4 of Section Two (2) and NW1/4 of Section Eleven (11), containing 240 acres more or less, and unto Mims Williams the NW1/4 and W1/2 of NE1/4 of section Ten (10), containing 240 acres more or less. All of said Lands being located in Township Ten (10), Range Twenty-one (21) West of Simpson County, Mississippi. To Have and to Hold the above allotted and described lands with all rights, members and appurtenances thereunto belonging, with the reversion and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and also all the estate right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the above named [page 3] heirs of the said John Calvin Williams and his relict, as herein set forth each unto the other, and to their heirs and assigns separately and respectively. And we will and our heirs shall warrant the rights and titles to the lands as is herein designated, described and allotted, but only as is set forth herein.
