Transcript	March 31st 1886 Deed from C.B. & NA Banks to Cal Williams & wife conveys- W/E+ of NE/4+ section 11 & NW1/4 & NW1/4 of SW1/4 of section 11 and SW1/4 of NE1/4 & NW1/4 of SE1/4 of section two (2) all in township 10 Range 21 West containing 360 acres of land more or less Deed from MA Banks to Cal Williams and wife Mch 31st 1866 conveys, E1/2 of NW1/4 & W1/2 of NE1/4 & E1/2 of SE1/4 of section number 10. And the SE1/4 of NE1/4 & SW1/4 of SW1/4 of section 11 and 40 acres more or less in the north end and lying and being that part or portion of E1/2 of SW1/3 & NW1/4 of SE1/4 of section 10. On the north side of the Channel of Strong River as it now runs through the said E1/2 of SW1/4 & NW1/4 of SE1/4 of said section 10. All of said tracts or parcels of lands lying & being in Township 10 Range 21 West and containing by estimate and the whole 400 acres. Deed from Tax Collector to Cal Williams July 1st 1867 conveys- Lot no 2 in section no. 8. T-10 North of Range 21 West [page 2] Tax Collectors deed to Cal Williams July 1st 1867 Conveys- E1/2 of NE1/4 sec 2 & E1/2 of SW1/4 & W1/2 of SW1/4 & NW1/4 of NW1/4 all in sec one (1) in Township 10 Nof [sic] Range 21 West. And E1/2 of SW1/4 of sec 34 Township 1 of Range 2 East. Also another lot of 106 acres more or less in the SE1/4 of section number one (1) in township 10 N. of Range 21 West. Containing by estimate 522 acres more or less.
