Transcript	Videlia [sic] Lousania [sic] 19th May 1843 For and in consideration of the sum of Four hundred and seventy five dollars in hand paid the receipt whereof we do hereby acknoledge [sic] we do bargan [sic] sel [sic] and deliver unto John Darding [sic] a sertin [sic] negro woman by the name of Jane of black complection [sic] and we do warnt and defind [sic] the title of said negro unto said Darding [sic] also wrnt her to be sound in bodey [sic] and mind and slve [sic] for life Leatherman & Morgan.
