On or before October 7th 1902 I promise to pay to C.A. Williams, or order, One Thousand pounds of lent cotton of the "Black Roller" Variety, ready baled for market, without any off set or deduction of any kind, for rent on the following described land to wit: All of the same land worked by me during the (1901) year except about 8 or 9 acres on the South End. Witness my hand this 19th day November 1901.
