Transcript	I, Wade Wilks, promise and agree, to pay C.A. Williams one fourth of all the crops; except the potato crop to be planted and raised by me and any hands, I may employ during the year 1895, and each party to pay his proportionate share of the expenses of gining, wraping [sic] of said crops for the rent of the same lands occupied and rented by me during the year 1894.
