What should be his top priority after confirmation? 2- Just prior to Aspin’s resignation, a restructuring plan for the National Guard and Reserve was announced. Will that effort move ahead under the new secretary? 3- It is too early tell about specific units in each state and how they will be affected, but what is your general view of how this new plan would impact Mississippi units? 4- You recently attended a rally in support of restoring voluntary prayer in the public schools. What is the status of legislation in Congress to bring prayer back to the schools?
